Shipping
- All of our merchandise is ship via USPS(United States Postal Services) Priority Mail for United States. Shipping rate is $9.99 per order in the USA. Tiffanyjewelrycharm.com process most orders in 1 business day You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after the order is submitted.
- The package will arrive in 2-3 days. For shipments sent by Standard to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking confirmation number. Please be noted that it may take 24 hours for the record to be available on the courier’s online system
- After the shipping courier provides a Tracking Confirmation Number, our shipping responsibility is finished. You must contact the shipping carrier directly on the lost shipment and they will investigate the case. Once they are convinced that the item is lost, they compensate your lost.
- Multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. For example, if you order one item that is in stock, another that is temporarily backordered, we will ship both to you together when both items become available. Usually, items are back in stock within 3-4 business days.
- If you have already placed an order and wish to change it, please contact Customer Service. Last minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible.
- If shipment is refused by the customer or is undeliverable and returned to the shipper, the customer is responsible for payment of both the original transportation charges and additional duties and taxes that may have been incurred.
- Merchandise should be inspected at the time of delivery and problems should be brought to the attention of the delivery person and noted in writing on the delivery receipt. Customers must notify Action Sports within 3 days of delivery of any shortages, damage or other problems. If you receive the empty package without merchandise, please provide us the photocopy of the USPS’ sticker stating “Delivery without Contents” or “Contents Missing”.
- International orders are welcome. International shipping rate is 19.99$ per order. Delivery time takes 1-2 weeks.
