Returns / Exchanges
- We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it. All returns must be sent back in our original cardboard box With USPS Priority Delivery Confirmation label. Please include your invoice and provide a reason for the returning enclosure.
- Returns Without your invoice will not be accepted. The product must be returned unused, with all packaging and tags attached.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns must be received by us within 14 days from the day of delivery in USA, And 30 days from the day of international delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return. The 9.99 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If an orders shipping fee is promotionally reduced, 9.99 is the actual Shipping and Handling fee to pay.
- The refund will be posted to your Credit Card or Pay Pal account within 1-2 days, after we received the returns.
- We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received a processed the returned item.
- Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Customer Service Center.
- The address is on our original cardboard box you received.
- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe that part of your order is missing, please immediately send an email to a Customer Service Representative. In your message indicate your name, order number, email address, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation..
- Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit and are not subject to a restocking fee. The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery day. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return. Please be aware that we will issue the replacement only after your returns have been received.
