Q. Do you carry and sell items that are not on the website?

A. No. All products we sell are contained on our website. 

Q. Are your items authentic?

A. Yes, all of our merchandises are authentic and brand new. We deal with reputable resellers to bring you top quality merchandises at discounted prices. 

Q. Can I check my order status?

A. Most of the time your order status will be either “Pending” or “Processed to Shipping System”. “Pending” orders have either just been received, are awaiting personalization or shipment. “Processed” orders have already left our store and are in transmitting to your location. A tracking number should also be received from a shipping company by your email Inbox. If not in there, check your junk mailbox. 

Q. I did not receive an email confirmation.

A. Most often this occurs because your email address was not correct. Contact the Costumer Service by email and we will check to see if we received it. Be sure to include your full name. 

Q. Can I cancel or modify my order?

A. In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed. The request is promptly sent to our fulfillment center. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. If your order has not been shipped and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us and we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order. Please note that no order can be canceled or modified once it has been shipped. In those cases you may follow the return instructions if you decide not to keep the product. 

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?

A. All United State sales tax is included in our listed prices.

Q. Why was my credit card declined?

A. To complete your order please confirm that you have entered this information correctly, and try again. Credit Card companies do not disclose your account information to us, so please contact your bank directly for more information.  

Q.  Can I make a purchase by phone?

A. At this time we don’t have such service.

Q. Can I get more information about the products?

A. All the product information we have is listed on our site. 

Q. Is my personal information secure?

A. We use various security measures, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, to protect personal information that we collect. If you place an order through this web site, you will be asked to set up an account and provide an email address and password. You must provide an appropriate email address and password in order to access account information. In order to help protect your personal information further, you should be careful about providing your password to others. If you wish to cancel a password, or if you became aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of a password, please contact the Customer Service.

Q. How can I receive newsletters (information about sale, new products)?

A. When you set up an account, you will have an opportunity to make or change your selection in this regard. You also will have an opportunity to change these selections by clicking on an “unsubscribe” hyperlink contained in promotional emails we send you.
